This leg workout has been on repeat for me lately! I love how it combines heavy weights and static movements with exercises that let me move. Legs and booty are my fave body parts to work out, mostly because I like the movements that come along with a lower body workout: squats, jumps, lunges…you name it, I’ll try it! Give this leg workout a go and see if you wanna work it into your fitness rotation!

1B: RDL’s {12 reps, 4 sets}
2A: Walking Lunges {15 lunges per side, 4 sets}
2B: Side Lunges {15 lunges per side, 4 sets}
3A: Weighted Step-Ups {30 reps, 4 sets}
3B: TRX Pistol Squats {12/side, 4 sets}
4A: Quad Raises {20/15/12/10/8, increasing weight each set}
4B: Hamstring Extensions with Exercise Ball {15 reps, 4 sets}
