Full Body Circuit Workout (VIDEO)

This full body circuit workout is killer! I love to do it a few times a month as a high-intensity workout that takes about half an hour. It’s perfect for when I don’t have a lot of time for the gym, or when I can’t make it to the gym at all: if you have a medicine ball or a set of dumbbells at home, you’re all set to get this done without ever having to get in the car.

The workout is combination of static movements and exercises that really utilize your entire body. It’s designed to get your heart rate up and to hit every major muscle group: abs, legs, chest and arms. I do the entire circuit 4 times through and it generally takes me about 30-40 minutes, depending on how much rest I need or if I’m throwin’ in some extra reps. I hope you guys enjoy it as much as I do!

Dumbbell Plank Rows {12}
Weighted Squats {15}
Reverse Lunge & Jump {12/side}
Up-and-Over Seated Abs {25}
Dumbbell Chest Press {12}
Single Arm Dumbbell Snatches {12/side}
Jumping Jack Burpees {15}

{Repeat entire circuit 2-4 times}
